Born in 1980 in Kars, Dr. Binnetoğlu completed his primary and post-secondary high school education as the top student. During his university education, he became the first in the 4th term in Marmara University Faculty of Medicine. He graduated in 2006 as the third of the faculty. In the same year TUS (Medical Specialization Examination) enters the exam in Turkey degree in Beyoglu Eye Research and Training Hospital has 1 year of Ophthalmology assistance. When Marmara University Faculty of Medicine Ear Nose Throat (ENT) Head and Neck Surgery was preferred with degrees in the TUS exam, which he re-entered in 2007. He became a Specialist Doctor in 2013.
Between 2013-2017, he worked as a specialist in Marmara University ENT Head and Neck Surgery Department. During this period, he performed over 6,000 operations with an intense pace of work, as well as training the students of Faculty of Medicine and the assistants of ENT Head and Neck Surgery. In 2015, in Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, one of the most distinguished universities of the United States of America (USA), Prof. Dr. Daniel Choo and Prof. Dr. He worked with John H. Greinwald in the field of pediatric otolaryngology.

Having performed over 10000 surgeries in the post-specialty period, Dr. Binnetoğlu is currently teaching as an Associate Professor at Marmara University, Department of Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Binnetoğlu is married and has three children.
